This is from the biggest loser diet. My family absolutly loves it.
Ingredients
- Yellow Onions
- Lean Ground Turkey
- Chili Powder
- Fresh Oregano
- Ground Cumin
- Ground Mustard
- Garlic
- Pinto Beans
- Black Beans
- Diced Tomatoes
- Fat Free Chicken Broth
- Black Olives
- Green Onions
Instructions
- Spray a large saucepan or dutch oven with a few sprays of cooking oil spray
- Add onion and saute over medium-high heat until soft and just starting to brown
- Add ground turkey or sausage
- Cook over medium high heat, breaking upmeat with a spoon, until cooked through, about 6 minutes
- Add chili powder, oregano, cumin, mustard, garlic, beans, tomatoes, and broth
- Bring to a boil over high heat and then reduce the heat to a simmer
- Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes
- Garnish with olives and green onions or cilantro and serve immediatly
