Ingredients
- Ground Turkey Breast
- Onion
- Egg Substitute
- Dry Breadcrumbs
- Ground Thyme
- Fennel Seed
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Ground Red Pepper
- Prepared Horseradish
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties
- Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and place the patties in the skillet to cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until no pink remains in the center
