Ingredients
- Ground Beef
- Evaporated Milk
- Quick-cooking Oats
- Cracker
- Eggs
- Onion
- Garlic Salt
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili Powder
- Catsup
- Brown Sugar
- Liquid Smoke
Instructions
- To make the sauce: combine all the sauce ingredients
- Mix well and set aside
- To make the meatballs: combine all the meatball ingredients
- Mix thoroughly
- Shape into one-inch round balls
- Arrange in an ungreased 13×9 inch baking pan
- Cover with sauce
- Bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour, basting occasinally
