Ingredients
- Old Fashioned Oats
- Flax Seed
- Pecans
- Dark Brown Sugar
- 2% Low-fat Milk
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large microwave-safe bowl
- Stir
- Microwave on high for 3 minutes
- Allow to sit 2 minutes to thicken
- Stir and enjoy
