Ingredients

  • Old Fashioned Oats
  • Flax Seed
  • Pecans
  • Dark Brown Sugar
  • 2% Low-fat Milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large microwave-safe bowl
  2. Stir
  3. Microwave on high for 3 minutes
  4. Allow to sit 2 minutes to thicken
  5. Stir and enjoy
