So easy because it starts with a mix, but excellent.

Ingredients

  • Corn Muffin Mix
  • Creamed Corn
  • Milk
  • Eggs
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Jalapeno Pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine muffin mixes with corn, milk and eggs
  2. Stir in any optional additional ingredients if desired
  3. Fill greased muffin tins 3 / 4 full
  4. Bake in a preheated 400f oven for 20 minutes or until a tester comes out clean
