Description
My sister introduced me to these super yummy brownies. I could eat an entire pan by myself. Yes, i would be a bit sick after, but definitely worth it! She and i don't care for nuts, so if you want to add them, feel free. I guessed on the amount of marshmallows. You want them to completely cover the brownies. The cooking time does not include the cooling time for brownies.
Ingredients
- Butter
- Sugar
- Cocoa
- Eggs
- Flour
- Salt
- Vanilla
- Nuts
- Mini Marshmallows
- Evaporated Milk
- Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Mix butter, sugar and cocoa together
- Add one egg at a time, beat well after each egg
- Add flour, salt and vanilla
- Put in a greased and floured 9×13 pan
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
- Remove from oven
- Place mini marshmallows on top of cooked brownies and return to oven until marshmallows are light brown
- Cool completely and top with fudge frosting
- Mix all ingredients together then frost cooled brownies
