This is a frequently requested recipe where i work. You see i work in a juvenile detention center as the head cook. This is a apecial dessert that i only make once in a while. It's rich it's sinful but it's oh so good.

Ingredients

  • All-purpose Flour
  • Baking Powder
  • Salt
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Sugar
  • Egg
  • Milk
  • Butter
  • Peanut Butter
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Vanilla
  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • Unsweetened Chocolate Squares
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees f
  2. Cookie layer
  3. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt
  4. Set aside
  5. Place butter and sugar in large bowl of electric stand mixer and beat until light in color
  6. Add egg and milk and beat to combine
  7. Put mixer on low speed, gradually add flour, and beat until mixture pulls away from the side of the bowl
  8. Spread dough onto a greased 9×13 baking sheet
  9. Brownie layer:
  10. Into a bowl or onto wax paper, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt
  11. In a mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, and eggs together until light and fluffy
  12. Beat in melted butter and chocolate
  13. Stir in flour mixture then fold in the chopped nuts
  14. Spread brownies batter on top of cookie layer bake at 375 for 45 min or until pick comes out clean
  15. Peanutbutter cream frosting:
  16. In large bowl, combine butter, peanut butter, sugar, salt, vanilla, and 2 tablespoons milk
  17. Mix well, adding more milk as needed to make a fluffy spreadable frosting
  18. After dessert cools frost
