Description
This is a make-ahead coffee cake with apple that uses no dairy. It is not vegan because it uses one egg, but you can replace the egg with 1/4 cup applesauce or powdered egg replacer if you wish. If you have no molasses, you can replace it with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar.
You can simply prepare this the night before and pop it in the oven an hour before guests will arrive.
