Best and easiest non-dairy recipe. It actually does work as a substitution for ice cream cravings.
Ingredients
- Rice Milk
- Soymilk
- Xanthan Gum
- Honey
- Blueberries
Instructions
- Put one of of either milk in a blender with the xanthum gum and pulse for 1 minute
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth
- Put in ice cream maker for 10-15 minutes
