Ingredients

  • Green Onion
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Butter
  • Long Grain Rice
  • Curry Powder
  • Chicken Broth
  • Salt
  • Golden Raisin
  • Almonds

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, saute 1 / 4 cup onions and garlic in butter until tender
  2. Stir in rice and curry powder
  3. Saute for 2-3 minutes or until rice is lightly browned
  4. In a saucepan, heat broth and salt
  5. Pour over rice mixture
  6. Stir
  7. Cover and simmer for 35-40 minutes or until rice is tender
  8. Remove from the heat
  9. Stir in raisins, almonds and remaining onions
