Tired of guacamole? From cuisine at home, this dip is lighter and something different…great as an appetizer with chilled poached shrimp.
Ingredients
- Fresh Cilantro
- Plain Low-fat Yogurt
- Sweetened Coconut
- Fresh Lime Juice
- Fresh Ginger
- Curry Powder
- Serrano Peppers
- Shallot
- Salt
- Avocados
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except the avocado in a food processor until minced
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl to ensure even blending
- Add chopped avocado and blend until very smooth
- Taste for seasoning
- Chill until time to serve!
