Cucumber Yogurt Dip With Greek Pita Chips

This is an easy delicious recipe adapted from semi-homemade cooking with sandra lee. Great for parties, or hanging out!

Ingredients

  • Seedless Cucumber
  • Plain Yogurt
  • Low-fat Sour Cream
  • Lemon Juice
  • All Purpose Greek Seasoning
  • Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • Whole Grain Pita
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Yogurt dip:
  2. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and grate into a medium mixing bowl
  3. Add yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon greek seasoning
  4. Stir to mix well
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
  7. Serve with the toasted pitas chips
  8. Pita chips:
  9. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f
  10. Spray baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray
  11. Set aside
  12. Cut each pita bread into 8 triangles
  13. Place on baking sheet, in a single layer
  14. Lightly spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with remaining 2 teaspoons greek seasoning
  15. Bake for 10 minutes
  16. Remove from oven
  17. Let cool
  18. Enjoy!
