Crustless Smoked Salmon Quiche With Dill

Ingredients

  • Fat-free Evaporated Milk
  • Nonfat Sour Cream
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Egg Whites
  • Egg
  • Gouda Cheese
  • Green Onion
  • Smoked Salmon
  • Fresh Dill
  • Black Pepper
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk
  3. Stir in cheese, onions, salmon, dill, and pepper
  4. Pour egg mixture into a 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray
  5. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
  6. Let stand 15 minutes
  7. Nutrition per serving: calories 95
