Ingredients

  • Egg Beaters Egg Substitute
  • Evaporated Skim Milk
  • Splenda Granular
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Pumpkin Puree

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients
  2. Pour into sprayed 9 x 9 pan
  3. Bake at 350 degrees until set or approx 55 minutes
  4. Cut into 9 squares and serve with fat free cool whip
