Crunchy Fudge Sandwich

Like a candy bar!

Ingredients

• Butterscotch Chips
• Crunchy Peanut Butter
• Crispy Rice Cereal
• Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
• Powdered Sugar
• Water

Instructions

1. Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth
2. Add cereal and stir until well coated
3. Press half of the mixture into buttered 8-inch square pan
4. Chill while preparing fudge mixture
5. Melt chocolate chips, powdered sugar, butter and water over hot water
6. Stir until smooth
7. Spread chocolate over chilled cereal mixture
8. Spread remaining cereal mixture evenly over top
9. Press gently and refrigerate until firm
10. Cut into squares
