Easy, crunchy, very good! Can use 1-2 stalks of chopped celery in place of water chestnuts but i think that makes these rather ordinary.

Ingredients

  • Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
  • Crabmeat
  • Swiss Cheese
  • Water Chestnuts
  • Onion
  • Curry Powder
  • Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Divide each biscuit into thirds
  3. Place on a baking sheet
  4. Blend remaining ingredients & spoon onto each biscuit section
  5. Bake 10 minutes or until puffy & browned
