Ingredients
- Lentils
- Pearl Barley
- Black-eyed Peas
- Beef Broth
- Water
- Diced Tomatoes
- Zucchini
- Onion
- Carrots
- Celery
- Mushrooms
- Italian Seasoning
- Garlic
- Bay Leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
- Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Combine beans, broth, and water in a large crockpot and cook on high for 4-5 hours or until beans are tender
- Add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or until vegetables are tender
- Yummy topped with grated parmesan cheese
