Ingredients

  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • Olive Oil
  • Ketchup
  • Honey
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Yellow Mustard
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • Garlic

Instructions

  1. Brown chicken in olive oil or spray until brown
  2. Add to crockpot
  3. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken
  4. Cook on high for one hour and then turn down to low and cook for 5-6 hours
  5. Serve alone or on a bun
  6. Yum!
