Description
This dish is a great way to use up that leftover ham. Use texas style bbq beans for the "pork and beans."
Ingredients
- Pinto Beans
- Black Beans
- Pork And Beans
- Unsweetened Pineapple Chunks
- Hickory Flavored Barbecue Sauce
- Prepared Yellow Mustard
- Onion
- Green Pepper
- Smoked Ham
- Red Wine Vinegar
- Fresh Ground Pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except vinegar and pepper in a crock pot
- Cover and cook on low heat setting 5 / 12 to 6 hours
- Stir in the vinegar and season with pepper to taste
