Description
A great snack for kids. Using pesto adds flavor and means you don't have to bother dipping the chicken in four and egg before coating in crumbs.
Ingredients
- Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Pesto Sauce
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces
- Put the pesto in a bowl and mix with the chicken until well coated
- Add the chicken pieces in batches to the bag and give it a good shake to coat
- Heat the oven to 425f pour a little oil onto a shallow baking tray to cover it
- Heat the tray in the oven for 5 minutes
