Description
Found this dressing in an old cookbook titled "low-cal cajun cooking" this is an easy dressing that's good on salads but it states goes well with broiled shrimp or seafoods – though i haven't tried it on anything but a salad.
Ingredients
- Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- Plain Low-fat Yogurt
- Low-sodium Chili Sauce
- Prepared Horseradish
- Fresh Onion
- Parsley
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Low-sodium Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender
- Process until smooth
- Store in a covered jar and refrigerate until needed
- Shake well before using
