Ingredients

  • Neufchatel Cheese
  • Icing Sugar
  • Grand Marnier
  • Orange Rind
  • Dark Chocolate

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese and sifting icing sugar with electric mixer until light and creamy
  2. Beat in liqueur, rind and cooled chocolate
  3. Spoon into 4 serving bowls, serve with sponge finger biscuits, if desired
