Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • Mayonnaise
  • Fresh Lime Juice
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • Sour Cream
  • Blue Cheese
  • Salt
  • Louisiana Hot Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, beat together the oil and mayonnaise until completely blended
  2. Add the lime juice and beat some more
  3. Add vinegar and beat again
  4. Stir in sour cream, blue cheese, salt and hot sauce
  5. Serve over your favorite salad
  6. Will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks
