A simple yet delicious dessert found in this months issue of family circle.

Ingredients

  • Unsalted Butter
  • Graham Crackers
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Unflavored Gelatin
  • Water
  • Cream Cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Strawberry Jelly
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberry
  • White Chocolate
  • Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Crust: melt butter in microwave oven on high 20 seconds
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, stir graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and salt
  3. Add butter
  4. Stir until crumbs are evenly moistened
  5. Press up sides and into bottom of a 9-inch pie plate
  6. Use the bottom of a glass to firmly pack crumbs
  7. Refrigerate crust while making filling
  8. Filling: pour water into a small microwave-safe bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water
  9. Let stand 3 minutes
  10. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla
  11. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth
  12. Transfer softened gelatin to microwave
  13. Heat 15 to 30 seconds on high
  14. Stir until smooth
  15. With mixer running, pour gelatin into cream cheese mixture and beat until smooth
  16. Pour mixture into chilled crust and smooth top
  17. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight
  18. Berries: melt jelly in microwave on high for 10 seconds
  19. Gently toss with berries in a large bowl
  20. Remove plastic from pie
  21. Top pie with berries
  22. Microwave chocolate and oil on high 20 seconds
  23. Drizzle over pie
  24. Slice and serve
