Cranberry Gorgonzola Appetizer Tart

I got this recipe from the ocean spray web site and put it here because i have to try it. It looks really good.

Ingredients

  • Refrigerated Pie Crust
  • Cream Cheese
  • Gorgonzola
  • Milk
  • Egg
  • Dried Sweetened Cranberries
  • Green Onions
  • Pecans

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 450f
  2. Prepare pie crust as directed on package for one-crust baked shell using a 9-inch tart pan with removable bottom
  3. Trim excess pie crust even with top of pan
  4. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until light brown
  5. Cool 10 minutes
  6. Reduce oven temperature to 375f
  7. Combine cream cheese and gorgonzola cheese in a medium mixing bowl
  8. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until blended
  9. Beat in milk and egg until well mixed
  10. Gently stir in cranberries and green onions
  11. Spread mixture in baked tart shell and sprinkle with pecans
  12. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until filling is set
  13. Let stand 30 minutes before serving
  14. Cut into wedges
  15. Garnish with additional green onions, if desired
  16. Store covered in refrigerator
