We got this from a toh magazine and my daughter made it. It was wonderful with chips and also on top of baked potatoes, too! We made it without the olives and peppers due to personal preference and added in some extra cheese, too.

Ingredients

  • Ground Beef
  • Onions
  • Sweet Red Peppers
  • Green Peppers
  • Nacho Cheese Soup
  • Salsa
  • Ripe Olives
  • Pimento Stuffed Olives
  • Green Chilies
  • Jalapeno Pepper
  • Dried Oregano
  • Pepper
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Tortilla Chips

Instructions

  1. In large skillet, cook beef, 3 t
  2. Onion, 2 t
  3. Red pepper, and 1 t
  4. Green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink
  5. Drain
  6. Stir in the soup, salsa, 3 t
  7. Each of the olives, chilies, jalapeno, oregano, and pepper
  8. Bring to boil
  9. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes
  10. Transfer to serving dish
  11. Top with cheese, sour cream, and parsley
  12. Sprinkle with remaining onion, peppers, and olives
  13. Serve with tortilla chips
