This is the best corn bread out there and super easy! Beware it is moist! You also can double the recipe to make a thicker batch of corn bread.
Ingredients
- Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- Egg
- Creamed Corn
- Butter
- Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all ingredients together
- Bake in a greased 9×13 pan for 20-25 minute
