Ingredients

  • All-purpose Flour
  • Sugar
  • Baking Powder
  • Salt
  • Butter
  • Cream-filled Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
  • Whipping Cream
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Fat-free Half-and-half

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400f combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl
  2. Mix well
  3. Cut in 1 / 2 cup butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
  4. Stir in half of chopped cookies
  5. Combine whipping cream, eggs and vanilla in small bowl
  6. Beat with wire whisk until well mixed
  7. Stir whipping cream mixture into flour mixture just until moistened
  8. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface
  9. Knead 8 or 10 times until smooth
  10. Pat into 8-inch square on lightly greased baking sheet
  11. Press remaining chopped cookies onto top of dough
  12. Score into 9 equal squares
  13. Score squares diagonally to form 18 small triangles
  14. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until scones are lightly browned
  15. Cool 10 minutes
  16. Cut along score lines to separate
  17. Meanwhile, combine powdered sugar, melted butter and half & half in small bowl until smooth
  18. Drizzle glaze over warm scones
  19. Serve immediately
