The is day 15: breakfast, on the 21 day wonder diet. You can use regular grapefruit if you prefer, or use any combination of citrus fruit to suit you. This breakfast is to be followed by a mid-morning snack of 125g grape tomatoes.

Instructions
- Combine fruit and juice in medium bowl
- Serve topped with yogurt
