Ingredients

  • Granny Smith Apples
  • Brown Sugar
  • Apple Juice
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Ground Nutmeg
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large, heavy saucepan
  2. Cover and cook over medium-low heat 45 minutes or until apple is tender, stirring occasionally
  3. Let stand 5 minutes
