A simple taste good salad. My favorite way to serve it is in another vegetable like an avocado.

Ingredients

  • Small Shrimp
  • Seedless Cucumber
  • Celery
  • Red Onion
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sugar
  • Lemon Juice
  • Fresh Dill
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut shrimp in halve or thirds depending on the size
  2. Peel cucumber and chop cucumber, celery and onion, small
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Serve over lettuce or in a hallowed out veggie
