This is a drink we have after we work out. I just throw everything into the blender. Feel free to use less or more of each ingredient. This makes 2 tall glasses for us. Enjoy.

Ingredients

  • Lowfat Chocolate Milk
  • Vanilla
  • Banana
  • Natural-style Peanut Butter
  • Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender
  2. I use the smoothie button on mine, which is about 30 seconds
