Chocolate Peanut Butter Casserole

I got this from bhgs holiday baking magazine. I haven't tried it yet, but plan on doing so very soon. Looked too good to pass up.

I got this from bhgs holiday baking magazine. I haven't tried it yet, but plan on doing so very soon. Looked too good to pass up.

Ingredients

  • All-purpose Flour
  • Sugar
  • Baking Powder
  • Milk
  • Cooking Oil
  • Vanilla
  • Peanut Butter
  • Semisweet Chocolate Piece
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Boiling Water
  • Honey-roasted Peanuts
  • Chocolate-covered Graham Cracker Cookies
  • Whipped Cream

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, 1 / 4 cup of sugar, and baking powder
  2. Add milk, oil, and vanilla
  3. Using a wire wisk, stir mixture until smooth
  4. Add peanut butter and semisweet chocolate pieces
  5. Stir in
  6. Pour batter into an ungreased 1-quart casserole dish
  7. Set aside
  8. In the same mixing bowl, mix together 1 / 2 cup sugar, and the cocoa powder
  9. Gradually stir in the boiling water
  10. Pour mixture over the batter in the casserole
  11. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until pick comes out clean
  12. Take out of the oven
  13. Top with peanuts and graham cracker crumbs
  14. Serve warm with whipped cream
