Ingredients

  • Banana
  • Soy Yogurt
  • Vanilla-flavored Soymilk
  • Almond Butter
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Flax Seed
  • Honey
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • Ice Cube

Instructions

  1. If using frozen banana, you can skip the ice if you wish
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process at top speed for about 1 minute or until smooth
  3. Pour into a glass and serve
  4. Enjoy!
