Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Egg Yolk
  • Vanilla Extract
  • All-purpose Flour
  • Potato Chips
  • Pretzel
  • Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350f
  2. Combine butter and sugar
  3. Beat with a mixer at medium-high speed until light and fluffy
  4. Add egg yolk and vanilla
  5. Gradually add flour and mix well
  6. Stir in potato chips and pretzels
  7. Shape level tablespoons of dough into 3-inch logs
  8. Place on an ungreased baking sheet, 1 1 / 2 inches apart
  9. Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until edges are lightly browned
  10. Cool completely on baking sheet
  11. Heat semisweet chocolate chips in microwave for 30 seconds
  12. Stir
  13. Repeat until melted
  14. Dip one end of each cookie into chocolate and place on wax paper
  15. Refrigerate until firm, about 10 minutes
  16. Heat white baking chips in microwave for 30 seconds
  17. Stir
  18. Repeat until melted
  19. Dip other end of cookie into melted chips and place on wax paper
  20. Refrigerate until firm, about 10 minutes
