Chinese Take Out Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • Vegetable Oil
  • Eggs
  • Cooked Ham
  • Red Pepper
  • Sweet Onion
  • Sweet Peas
  • Cooked Rice
  • Soy Sauce
  • Chili-garlic Sauce
  • Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet or wok at medium-high heat for 2 minutes
  2. Add eggs
  3. Cook 1 minute on each side
  4. Remove from skillet
  5. Chop and set aside
  6. Heat remaining 3 tbsp oil in skillet or wok
  7. Add ham, and stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes or until golden
  8. Add bell pepper and onion
  9. Stir-fry 5 minutes
  10. Add peas and next 3 ingredients
  11. Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated
  12. Stir in reserved egg, and sprinkle with green onions
