Ingredients

  • Precooked Shanghai Noodles
  • Sesame Oil
  • Snow Peas
  • Shrimp
  • Coriander
  • Scallions
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • White Pepper
  • Chinese Wine
  • Fresh Ginger
  • Garlic Clove
  • Egg Yolk
  • Egg White
  • Lemon Juice
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Soy Sauce
  • Cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the marinade ingredients in a small bowl and add shrimp
  2. Blanch the noodles, rinse under cool water and sprinkle with sesame seed oil, toss, and set aside
  3. Blanch whole snow peas and set aside
  4. Heat wok, add 1 tablespoon oil, when oil is hot, add shrimp and stir-fry until pink
  5. Set aside
  6. Dressing: in a blender or food processor, mix ginger, garlic, egg yolk, egg white, and lemon
  7. Slowly drizzle in oil
  8. Mix in soy and cream
  9. Set aside
  10. Toss noodles, shrimps, and snow peas
  11. Mix in dressing to taste
  12. Garnish with scallions and coriander
  13. Serve at room temperature
