Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Yellow Rice
- Cream Of Chicken Soup
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water
- Add garlic powder, salt, pepper and chicken
- Boil for approximately 25 minutes or until done
- Remove chicken from the pot and remove the meat from the bone
- Discard skin and bones
- While chicken is cooking, prepare yellow rice according to package directions
- Add chicken and cream of chicken soup
- Stir in about 2 to 3 cups of the chicken broth to get a good creamy consistency
- Cover and heat through for just a few minutes before serving
