Ingredients

  • Frozen French Fries
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Butter
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Red Onion
  • Frozen Spinach
  • Dried Oregano
  • Feta
  • Ground Chicken
  • Seasoning
  • Seedless Cucumber
  • Plum Tomatoes
  • Salt And Pepper
  • Plain Yogurt
  • Lemon, Juice Of
  • Arugula
  • Rolls
  • Roasted Red Peppers
  • Flat Leaf Parsley
  • Kalamata Olives
  • Pepper Rings

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to directions on the package and bake fries until crisp
  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat
  3. To one side, add a little extra-virgin olive oil and a tablespoon of butter
  4. When butter melts, add the chopped garlic and chopped red onion and cook 5 minutes
  5. Transfer the onions and garlic to a bowl to cool

  16. Add a little salt and process the sauce until smooth
  17. Transfer to a small dish and serve with the fries as a dipping sauce
  18. Rinse out the processor bowl and return to base
  19. Place red peppers, parsley and olives in food processor, season with salt and pepper and process until a paste forms
  20. Place cooked burgers on roll bottoms
  21. Top the burgers with sliced cucumber, tomato, reserved red onions, shredded arugula and hot peppers, if using
  22. Slather roll tops with red pepper and olive paste and serve with chips of choice
