Ingredients

  • Reduced-sodium Chicken Broth
  • Horseradish Mustard
  • Pepper
  • Fresh Thyme
  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • Fresh Mushrooms
  • Carrot
  • Leek
  • Water
  • Cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan or dutch oven combine chicken broth, mustard, thyme, and

  3. Stir in chicken, mushrooms, carrots, and leeks
  4. Bring to boiling
  5. Reduce heat
  6. Cover and simmer 15 minutes
  7. Remove thyme sprigs,
  8. If using
  9. Combine water and cornstarch
  10. Stir in chicken mixture
  11. Cook
  12. And stir till thickened and bubbly
  13. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more
  14. Serve in bowls
