Ingredients

  • Bacon
  • Butter
  • Onions
  • Dry Parsley Flakes
  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Carrot
  • Cheese-filled Tortellini
  • Dried Tarragon
  • Chicken Broth
  • Asparagus
  • Mushroom Pieces
  • Milk
  • Flour
  • Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. In pressure cooker, saute bacon for 2 minutes
  2. Add butter, onions and parsley
  3. Saute 2 minutes, stirring
  4. Stir in chicken, carrot, tortellini, mushrooms and tarragon
  5. Add broth and mix well
  6. Secure lid
  7. Over high heat, develop steam to high pressure
  8. Reduce heat and maintain pressure and cook for 6 minutes
  9. Release pressure and remove lid
  10. Stir in asparagus
  11. Over high heat, develop steam to med-high pressure and cook for 2 more minutes
  12. Release pressure and remove lid
  13. Combine milk, butter, 1 / 3 cup cheese in a bowl and blend thoroughly
  14. Gradually add to chicken and tortellini mixture, gently stirring over medium heat until sauce thickens and becomes creamy
  15. Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with additional cheese
