Cheesecake Factory S Original Recipe For Pumpkin Pie Filling

Ingredients

  • Pie Pastry
  • Dark Brown Sugar
  • White Sugar
  • Flour
  • Molasses
  • Cinnamon
  • Ginger
  • Nutmeg
  • Clove
  • Salt
  • Canned Pumpkin Puree
  • Eggs
  • Whipping Cream
  • Whipped Cream
  • Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Set oven to 375 degrees
  2. Prepare a 9-inch glass pie plate
  3. Fit the prepared pastry in a 9-inch glass pie plate and flute edges
  4. Prick holes in the bottom of the crust then refrigerate for 1 hour
  5. Line, weight and bake the shell for 8 minutes
  6. For the filling
  7. In a bowl combine brown sugar, white sugar, flour, molasses, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and salt
  8. Add in eggs and whipping cream
  9. Whisk to combine well
  10. Pour the filling into prepared pie plate
  11. Place the pie plate on a baking sheet
  12. Bake for about 40 minutes or until the filling is set
  13. Let cook then serve with whipped cream
