Gluten free alternative to breadsticks

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Egg
  • Garlic Clove
  • Mixed Italian Herbs
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Use a food processor to process cauliflower into small pieces, the size of grains of rice
  3. Cook in microwave 5-10 minutes until thoroughly cooked
  4. Combine cauliflower, half the cheese, egg, garlic, and herbs in mixing bowl
  5. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray
  6. Press mixture into a square or rectangle shape
  7. Bake at 450 degrees 10-15 minutes
  8. Remove from oven, and turn oven up to broil
  9. Brush crust with olive oil
  10. Dust with desired amounts of garlic powder and salt
  11. Sprinkle on remaining cheese
  12. Broil until cheese is just melted, 2-3 minutes
  13. Cut into 8 slices to serve
