Ingredients

  • Nonfat Sour Cream
  • Light Mayonnaise
  • Curry Powder
  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Celery
  • Dry-roasted Cashews
  • Green Onion
  • Wheat Hamburger Buns

Instructions

  1. Mix together the first 3 ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well blended
  2. Add in chicken, celery, cashews, and green onions
  3. Stir well to combine
  4. Adjust seasoning to taste w / salt and pepper
  5. Serve chicken salad on buns
