Cappuccino Mousse

This is such a simple dessert that is so elegant to serve to your special guests or for that special dinner for you and your mate.

Ingredients

  • Unflavored Gelatin
  • Water
  • Instant Espresso Powder
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Whipping Cream
  • Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Freeze a metal or glass mixing bowl and beaters for about 10 minutes
  2. In a small saucepan, add water and sprinkle gelatin over top
  3. Let stand for 1 minutes
  4. Cook on medium heat for about 1 minute or until gelatin dissolves
  5. Add espresso powder, stirring constantly until espresso powder dissolves
  6. Remove gelatin mixture from heat
  7. In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and espresso mixture
  8. Stir until well blended
  9. Remove mixing bowl and beaters from freezer
  10. In chilled bowl, beat whipping cream untilshiff peaks form
  11. Fold into espresso mixture
  12. Spoon into cups
  13. Cover and chill
  14. Serve with whip cream and sprinkle of cinnamon on top
