Description
Although i tweaked the recipe below, the original was found in the 2003 cookbook, slim smoothies.
Ingredients
- Cranberry Juice
- Cantaloupe
- Blackberry
- Pineapple
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender & mix, using the on / off pulse function until mostly blended, then continue mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth
- Pour into 2 glasses & enjoy!
