Breakfast Kugel

I haven't made this yet, but it sounds so yummy! Like the kugel desserts i've had, only a touch healthier...i'm putting it here for safe keeping.

I haven't made this yet, but it sounds so yummy! Like the kugel desserts i've had, only a touch healthier…i'm putting it here for safe keeping.

Ingredients

  • Wide Egg Noodles
  • Apple
  • Pear
  • Raisins
  • Prune
  • Smart Balance Butter Spread
  • Egg Substitute
  • Nonfat Cottage Cheese
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9 x 13 dish
  2. Cook and drain noodles
  3. Place into large bowl
  4. Add fruit and smart balance, mix well
  5. Add remaining ingredients
  6. Spoon into prepared dish, and bake 35-45 minutes
