I haven't made this yet, but it sounds so yummy! Like the kugel desserts i've had, only a touch healthier…i'm putting it here for safe keeping.
Ingredients
- Wide Egg Noodles
- Apple
- Pear
- Raisins
- Prune
- Smart Balance Butter Spread
- Egg Substitute
- Nonfat Cottage Cheese
- Honey
- Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9 x 13 dish
- Cook and drain noodles
- Place into large bowl
- Add fruit and smart balance, mix well
- Add remaining ingredients
- Spoon into prepared dish, and bake 35-45 minutes
