Description
This is my version of the sweet bourbon salmon like they serve at the lonestar steakhouse. The amount of fish used is a guess, as it really depends on if you're cooking this whole, fillets, or steaks. Cook time includes marinade time.
Ingredients
- Salmon Fillets
- Soy Sauce
- Pineapple Juice
- Brown Sugar
- Bourbon
Instructions
- Mix all wet ingredients, and stir in the brown sugar
- Add the fish and marinate no less than 24 hours
- Heat grill and cook till fish is desired doneness
