- Black-eyed Peas
- Tomatoes
- Green Onions
- Garlic Cloves
- Green Pepper
- Jalapeno Pepper
- Fresh Parsley
- Whole Kernel Corn
- Italian Dressing
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- Cover and refrigerate 24 hours ahead
- Serve with corn chip scoops or tostitos scoops
