Ingredients

  • Pork And Beans
  • Ketchup
  • Yellow Mustard
  • Sweet Pickle Relish
  • Brown Sugar
  • Beef Bouillon Cube
  • Hot Water
  • Yellow Onion
  • Green Pepper
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • Tabasco Sauce
  • Bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees f
  2. Spray casserole dish lightly with cooking oil
  3. In mixing bowl, combine beans, 1 / 2 cup catsup, mustard, bouillon, relish, onion, green pepper and brown sugar / molasses
  4. Mix well
  5. Add black pepper and tabasco sauce to taste
  6. Pour into casserole and top with remaining ketchup and bacon slices
  7. Cover and bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour
  8. Remove foil and increase oven to 350 degrees f
  9. Bake an additional 30 minutes
